Simple Pancake Recipe
This delicious and simple pancake recipe is a quick fix for hungry kids, no matter what time of day it is. Changing the toppings can even make this to a yummi AND healthy snack.
(for about 6 pancakes)
- 100 g. all-purpose flour
- 3 large eggs (lightly beaten)
- 1 tablespoon butter (melted)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 ½ tablespoons sugar
- 175 ml. milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- powdered sugar, for serving
- sliced strawberry, for serving
In a bowl combine the eggs, sugar, salt, milk, vanilla, flour and melted butter and beat until batter is lump-free and smooth.
Add a little butter intp a hot pan over medium-high heat and pour a little pancake batter into the hot pan, until the bottom of the pan is covered.
Flip pancakes after bubbles rise from on the surface flip the pancake over until second side is lightly browned.
Serve warm with your favourite toppings such as powdered sugar, sliced strawberries, butter and syrup.
